Here’s how our custom design process works:
- Locate and click on “Contact Us” button: From inside your account page (on either the Essential Living Magazine or Escapes + Experiences Magazine tab located on the left hand side of the screen), click on the orange “Contact Us” button located at the bottom of the page.
- Submit Custom Design Request Form: Once you’ve located and clicked on the orange “Contact Us” button, fill out the custom design request form by providing your name, email address, description of your custom design request (the more detailed, the better), and upload any files that will assist our team in creating your custom file. Click the “Submit” button when you are done.
- Review and Estimate: Once you submit the custom design request form, our design team will review your request and provide you with an estimate of how much this request will cost, based on how many hours of work estimated. Please note that we will not begin any work until you approve and agree to the estimate.
- Custom Design Begins: Once you approve the estimate, our team will get to work on your custom design request. You will receive up to 2 proofs per hour of custom artwork requested. Each proof will be emailed to you and you can request edits/revisions via email. We can provide additional proofs if we are still within the hours of quoted design work.
- Approved Artwork and Payment: Once you approve your custom design, we will finalize the billing and collect the payment for the work done. Once payment is finalized, your custom design file(s) will be provided to you.
